Project files and communications are kept for at least 10 years after project completion - that's standard practice in architecture for liability reasons. After that, we review and securely dispose of info we no longer need. If you've just inquired but didn't move forward with a project, we'll keep your contact info for about 2 years in case you change your mind, then delete it if we haven't heard from you.

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA and BC's privacy legislation), you've got rights:

• Access: You can ask to see what personal info we have about you.
• Correction: If something's wrong or outdated, let us know and we'll fix it.
